1.2 AI Agent Data
To provide our voice AI agent services, we may access and process: call recordings and transcripts generated through your AI agents, analytics data related to agent performance and usage, cost and billing information associated with your AI agent usage, and knowledge base content you upload for your AI agents.
1.3 Google Account Data
If you choose to connect your Google Account, we access your Google Calendar data solely to enable scheduling automations. We use Google OAuth for secure authentication and only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide this functionality.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, including: session data and cookies necessary for authentication and functionality, usage logs to understand how you interact with our platform, and error tracking data through Sentry to identify and fix technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services; create and manage your account; process and complete transactions; enable AI agent creation, management, and optimization; provide calendar integration and scheduling automations; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends; detect, prevent, and address technical issues; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver our Services:
Retell: Powers our voice AI agent functionality. Call recordings, transcripts, and knowledge base content are processed and stored on Retell's infrastructure.
Clerk: Provides secure user authentication services.
Google: Enables calendar integration through secure OAuth authentication.
Sentry: Provides error logging and analytics to help us improve our Services.
Vercel: Hosts our dashboard and web application.
Hostinger: Hosts our automation workflows.
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
4. Data Storage and Security
We do not store sensitive personal data on our own servers. Call recordings, transcripts, and knowledge base content are stored on Retell's secure infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we do process, including secure authentication through Clerk and encrypted connections.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. Call recordings and transcripts stored with Retell are retained until you request deletion. Upon account deletion or request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
